Laurier Macdonald HS

We conducted two waste audits at Laurier Macdonald High School, on March 25th 2022 and January 20th 2023. In between, compost bins were provided to the school by the Eco Quartier of St Leonard, and the enuf team led educational activities to help the school implement organic waste collections.
The first time, we went through 4 days’ worth of waste totalling 132.7 kg in order to develop a plan to implement organic waste collection and reduce contamination. The second time we analyzed 5 days' worth of waste for a total of 247 kg and compared the data to assess the implementation and address pain points.
